The ICFEM 2003 Program Committee selects original technical papers for publication in the proceedings of the conference to be published by Springer in its Lecturer Notes in Computer Science series. All contributions will be reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical quality, and relevance to the scope of the conference. Papers should not exceed twenty pages in LNCS format: see http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html for details.

Authors who will have trouble submitting their paper electronically should contact the program co-chair Jin Song Dong (dongjs@comp.nus.edu.sg) as early as possible to make alternative arrangements.
