The 5th International Conference on Formal Engineering Methods will be held at Marina Mandarin Hotel in Singapore, 5-7 November 2003. This is a significant computing conference, and it will be attended by distinguished academics and industry people around the world. The conference proceedings are to be published in the Springer-Verlag "Lecture Notes in Computer Science" series.
