Your proposal should include the following information:

   1. Organisation (some names of conference, program and local chairs)

   2. Dates (around early Nov)

   3. Location, Accommodation and Transportation
      (some steering committee members prefer North America for ICFEM'04)

   4. Theme and Call for Papers
      (can be based on

Please send your proposal (plain txt email message) before 18 August
